Very good and reliable service. Comfortable ride.

Vamoose is a reliable, safe, and friendly company. I frequently travel between New York City and Rockville, MD. They often go the extra mile, one time trying to get me on an earlier bus (I arrived very early for my scheduled bus), and checking to see if there was a window seat available for me. I always recommend Vamoose!

We left from Roslyn Va on a Friday @ 11:30 timely. The guy loaded 4 bikes without a problem. The ride up was nice and easy. Internet access was a little slow, but it worked. We had to reschedule the ride back to an earlier time, again no problem. My phone even got cut off during the conversation and they called me right back. While waiting in line they asked if we wanted to take an earlier bus....you bet. The guys had to rearrange luggage to fit our 2 bikes in, but again no problem. 4 hours and 5 minutes later we pulled right into Roslyn Va.

I have been traveling with Vamoose since 2009 and every ride except one has been comfortable and on time. The staff is very responsible and kind. I actually look forward to my rides

My husband and I take the bus very often as our mean of transportation to and from NYC. We used the Gold bus and the regular bus. Staff is always helpful and responsive , drivers are professional and careful. Your website is easy to navigate and your call center is helpful and accommodating. Areas that need major improvement 1. Toilets often miss toilet papers ,seat covers or hand sanitizer liquid.., and often lokoks as if it was not maintained. 2. Plastic bags are not always distributed which makes it difficult to keep ones area clean. 3. The tables on the Gold bus are not fitted well 4. Wifi is very bad not functional even for mail. I hope you can address these areas. It will improve the experience

I really enjoy taking Vamoose Bus. I feel safe and i have 5 hours to read or sleep sight see.or just. I have also met many interesting people to talk with. The bus drivers are courteous and helpful. One thing I would like them to do is have numbers at the station so that people would not have to stand in line. I am a senior and I find it hard to stand when i get there early so I end up sitting at Bagel Maven or Cosi and end up at the end of the line. The bus is clean, has wifi and a bathroom. They also have frequent tripper discounts.

This is a good option if you want to travel to VA or MD. The bus always picks you up on time and there is always one staff member to answer questions. The only downside is the wi-fi which is SUPER slow regardless of how many people are on the bus. I have travelled multiple times when there are as few as 15 people to as many as 30 and the speed of the wifi is horribly slow.
