Pretty smooth experience! From buying to recieving our brand new sectional. Cameron and Scott were amazing with the deliver and putting everything together. Loved it! Totally recommend.

Exceptional sofa. Seriously I don't know why there's so much hate for this company. I'm sure people had issues with their orders, but what can I say... Got the sofa (feathers) within 10 days or so from my order. It's as beautiful as in the photos. Delivery was smooth. It's super soft and cozy. Keep in mind one thing- this sofa is pretty low, so that's something to keep in mind. But overall, all good.

Comfiest couch ever! Cameron and Scott were very professional and quickly set up my couch for me and took all of the boxes away too! Definitely recommend!

If i have an option to review minus (- 5) i would be thankful to this review website. I have ordered TV stand and the coffee table together in March and they have delivered coffee table in May 2022 (which i can understand that there were some delivery issues during that period). However, this year is 2023 and May but still i didn't received the TV stand and i am in my home without TV stand for more than a year by just believing this guys that they will deliver and i have requested many times, but their response is careless and useless. Please beware of this site if you order from them, they never going to deliver the product and keeps telling the same story without any logic in it.

Cameron and Scott delivered my couch this morning. They were communicative throughout the process let me know when they were an hour out, and arriving. Extremely friendly and professional. Give these men a raise!

This review is for delivery and day one of owning the Feathers couch (will update down the road). Delivery was flawless, Cameron and Scott got this couch through my maze of an apartment complex, stairs and all, and had this couch in my living room in minutes. And we got to chat basketball at the same time. So far the couch is comfortable and really cute. For the price I think this was well worth it. Quality/longevity remains to be seen but so far so good. I had seen some things online about Valyou that made me hesitant from years prior, but after visiting the showroom downtown and talking with Stasi there, I felt reassured. I ordered online and since I live in LA, the warehouse was really close and had it delivered in days. I wasn’t able to pick a delivery date but my schedule was flexible. I got a three hour window and it was really accurate, even had tracking info. Living Spaces was going to take WEEKS. I am pleasantly surprised.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing furniture through Valyōu Furniture. We contacted customer service several times asking questions before purchasing our 200 inch U shaped couch. Everyone we spoke to was extremely helpful! We felt confident purchasing our couch. Our delivery was within 2 weeks of purchase! Absolutely amazing! Our delivery was everything you would hope for plus. I plan on purchasing more furniture from Valyōu!! I loved every part of this purchase. The couch is beautiful and comfy and my family is all thrilled about how cozy it is. Thank you soo much for all the hard work to make our experience wonderful!!
