Thanks to Ralphy and John, my experience with ValYou furniture was saved from being horrible. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff I interacted with at this company were terrible, as they didn't take my concerns as a consumer seriously or value my time. However, I must commend the delivery team for providing an amazing, quick, and seamless experience.

I spent $4k on what I thought was going to be a high quality sectional. Biggest mistake. If you’re not constantly fluffing the cushions, it looks like trash and isn’t comfy. You’ll take a nap on it and end up uncomfy in a crack between the cushions. The zipper to one cushion already broke. The buckles connecting the couch are near impossible to connect and one of them wasn’t even aligned properly. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I wish I bought my cheap inexpensive Big Lots couch I use to have instead. MISTAKE AND WASTE IF MONEY. I’m so disappointed I spent so much money on something that’s trash.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They stole more than $1500 from me. If you see any positive reviews of this company-they are definitely fake and paid to put false reviews. I ordered a couch 10/2022 and they never delivered it. I emailed them over 50 times, and they always responded with the same generic "we have no delivery updates for you" After waiting about year I requested if it would be possible for them to put a refund of this couch on a credit card. I did not tell them to cancel, I just asked if it was possible for them to refund a credit card rather than store credit. They responded to this email "While trying to process the refund, I got an error message. I am not sure why it's happening but it seems the reason is we no longer work with the payment processor used for you transaction. I would recommend reaching out to your bank and disputing the charge. That would be the fastest way." The are now nonresponsive to my many emails. This company cancelled my order, and did not provide a refund. This is literal theft of my money. How can this happen in today's world?? This is a major scam company. Their solution is for my bank to take the hit from this scam, and they refuse to provide a refund. **Update-My order number is VF12228, proof I paid for this couch in Oct 2022. Of course you are saying you “cannot locate my order” —this is an unprofessional and scam of a company. Please heed my warning to all future customers. Do not give this company any money. They will steal from you, like they did from me

I purchased the most beautiful couch for my home. I am very impressed with the quality. It is also absolutely beautiful! The staff at Valyou furniture were all so kind and made the process of buying my couch so easy.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I just have to this time! I purchased a really beautiful sofa from them and the price was AMAZING! The sofa is super cozy and pretty. In addition to the sofa, the service was phenomenal. You have someone that you can just text with if you need something. Great company!

This was one of my best experiences. The prices were great. I had a great designated consultant and the delivery was quick and seamless!
