Hi Carla, I was unable to locate any sell back orders placed recently with your last name. The only history of communications I found with you was surrounding the late return of two rental textbooks due to inclement weather in your area, and we waived any late fees as a courtesy. Valore offers free standard shipping for purchases and rentals of physical books that exceed a minimum value. All rentals include free return shipping at the end of the rental period, with labels becoming available as the date approaches. Tracking for new orders becomes available once the Seller has shipped the item, at which point an email is sent to the customer with the tracking information provided. Returns for discretionary reasons are allowed, however in these instances the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We’re sorry to hear that the rental period did not meet your expectations, and we understand how frustrating it can be when course timelines change or additional weeks are needed. We reviewed the order and confirmed that no additional fees were charged. On the day the order was placed Valore offered two rental terms for the book, a 90 day rental with a return date of November 27th, and a Semester length rental with a return date of December 15th. Both return dates were clearly displayed immediately below the rental price. The shorter rental was selected during the order process, which set the due date accordingly. We aim to present all rental terms and pricing clearly so customers can choose the option that best fits their needs. We regret that this experience felt unclear and appreciate the feedback, as it helps us continue improving how we present rental options.
