Jawuan Litzsey is amazing. He helped me figure out how to find the access codes for my classes, as well as troubleshoot problems with using those codes.

Ordered a book for my daughter's class. They mailed it and then I shipped it back. She used it for one semester and it cost about $20-25. Would use again.

Valore was great. I purchased multiple textbooks that I subsequently no longer needed, their customer service specialist (Erin) was very responsive and helpful in making sure I received my return.

The book I ordered, In Quest of the Universe, arrived in a timely manner yesterday, alongside some cool freebies. It was much more affordable than buying a new textbook and it wasn't too worn.

I had a GREAT Experience with this company! I ordered a heavy textbook to rent and the delivery driver placed my package outside Infront of my door NOT under the roof so while I was out of town, it was raining and the text book was ruined when I got home. They replied to my email the same day and within three or four days had a replacement sent out. I was able to have a new textbook in time to bring to my first day of school! I would recommend them to anyone!

I rented 3 books on Friday, August 1st using the free shipping option. Two of the books arrived on Monday, and one arrived the day after. I’m pretty happy with this because another site I looked at showed delivery being next week.

I sell all my gently loved book. Send them via mail and got check. Easy and fast.

Shipping was prompt. Condition of book was as described. Am pleased.
