Valley Vet SupplyReviews of valleyvet.com

It was good got my order was exactly what I wanted and got it in good time

Order placed 8/10/20. Purchase received today, 8/25/20, which I assume was a replacement. Issue with shipping: Surepost was a failure and order was returned to Valley Vet by post office. Spoke with customer service. Very nice and actually called me back after my initial inquiry. Would have been 5 stars had it not taken over 2 weeks to get my order. Pricing was good as is product. Will definitely use them again---if they don't use Surepost!!

fast shipping and no issues

I received my order very quickly and in the time I was advised. The only disappointment was, upon receiving the wormer I find it each tube worms a 2,500 lb horse. No many horses are that big. Reading the directions made m realize one tube could work 2 horses. I really only needed 2 packs of Panacure to get through 5 days and 3 horses. It’s expensive enough to maintain these animals. I would encourage you to re package the wormer and reprice for the more average size horse. Warm bloods and other draft owners are use to looking for larger doses and objects. Not to mention this chemical really doesn’t need to be in the dumps etc..... slightly disappointed not knowing that information prior to purchase. However you were a lot less then buying from the Vet.

Received what we ordered and was in stock, better prices than shopping local and that's if they carry it, fast shipping.

Everything is good except the shipping. There should be an option for free shipping with a large order like I had.

I have done orders thu Valley vet a variety of times, they are fast, fair priced, plan on ordering more from them in future.

Very fast shipping as always and the cost of the item is cheaper than other places but the very expensive shipping cancels out any money that I would be saving.
