Service was great!!! I ordered a prescription drug for my horse. When Valley Vet contacted my vet's office they said the drug wasn't approved by my vet. Valley Vet called me & said my vet's office could contact them with updated info if it was approved. I called my vet's office & turns out my vet hadn't updated the file notes yet. The file was updated and my vet's office called Valley Vet. Now this all happened within a few hours of my placing the online order. Very impressed with the personal service. And I had the drug within 2 days - although I opted for free shipping & it could have taken much longer.
