the order was split but no communications given. I inquired but received a brush off response to check with my carrier. carrier said delivery by sunday close of business but never received until Monday afternoon. Poor customer service in my opinion.

I think that the shipping should be less or free always. I only needed 1 med for my chihuahua this time and I didn’t meet the minimum total for free shipping. I am not prepared to buy in bulk and to buy more that I need. The reason I chose VVS among the many other online options was because of the savings I was making. A hight shipping cost ( after spending $47) is a deal breaker for me. I mentioned that when I placed my order but VVS completely ignored my feedback. I am very likely to go somewhere else with better incentives.

I paid extra for one day delivery but did not receive it until the third day. I had to pick the drug from the vet because of the slow delivery.

I have not used the product yet. However it has a shelf life of 2 years and what I was sent is already a year old.

Call and check the expiration on vaccine. Just bought a $90 bottle that's good for 5 months. I wouldn't have bought in person since thats about to expire. No return on vaccines! Not all small farmers can afford the waste. Itll be my last order.
