Broke right away

We had several bad cans. We had to throw away 5. Looks like the box was dropped on it's side. I have pics if needed.

I order Permectrin II, which is an insecticide for animals, basically a hazardous solution to kill bugs. You know THERE it should be handled with caution. Sadly the way the package was sent the bottle was leaking. "Thank goodness" someone put a zip lock bag which proved almost worthless because the liquid penetrated the corrugated box. I took pictures and sent them to ValleyVet with a bottle half empty but It's been close to a week and have not heard anything. Guess what, its safe on animals when diluted, right? basically it was dumping into the plastic bag and the shipping box concentrated POISON... C'MON GUYS!!! have some common sense... Imagine all the people to handled the box!!!! I doubt they will care.

I ordered 17 stall plates for our barn that were on back order . It looked like they would take a while to get so I ordered them from another vendor and thinking which ever would arrive last I would just simply return. I did not know that valley vet does not offer free shipping on returns. I went to try to return the stall plates (which total cost was $85 )and to return them would be $23. I spoke with a customer service rep manager and they would simply not budge on allowing a free return.They have now lost a long time customer because of this shipping policy I will now deal with SmartPak or Amazon

I placed the order on 8/2/2020. I STILL haven't received my product!!!!!!

Received warm bottle of Pen G, no moisture at all in the wrapping to indicate product was ever refrigerated. Was as if it was wrapped in all this nice packaging at room temperature! So disappointed!!!!!!!!!

I buy goat products many time and me feel confort with servece and treatment received.

This item didn't work! We hung four traps around our swimming pool and not a single yellow jacket was caught nor did any yellow jackets swarm around the product as viewed in videos,
