I like the Bug Lyte product. But I bought the 5 lb tub for the first time. My problem is with the packaging. This is the same manufacturer as the Remission product. Remission is packaged in a plastic bag inside a 5 lb tub. The Bug Lyte skips the plastic bag. So when I opened up the cardboard box the top of the 5 lb tub was slightly opened which means some of the product was spilled inside the box. Lesson learned: don’t buy Bug Lyte in a 5 lb tub. The smaller size comes in a screw top container. Will cost more but won’t waste any So again product is good, packaging is terrible for mail order. Those boxes get tossed around in process.

Everything was shipped amazingly quick! But I was very bummed bc my one pack of egg cartons have a ton that are all dirty. I am selling eggs to customers but I am having to throw some cartons out bc I can't give those to people.

The initial order was lost in the mail. But customer service took responsibility and sent me a second which arrived in three days. I do like the lunge line. Heavy duty

Because my doctor was slow to approve the request, I had to do a second request. It took several days to receive, longer than other online pharmacies I have ordered from, but the order and the quantity requested was correct.

Got all I ordered in a timely fashion. The order process was relatively simple and straight forward.

Received my order quickly. It is too soon to tell if the medication itself works for my doggo, but my experience with Valley Vet has been super!

The order arrived n a timely manner. The only problem was that more than half of the flyspray in the spayer bottle had leaked in transit. Awaiting a response from customer service, but i feel certain that they will make it right, as I've always had good expriences.
