I did receive a call the the saddle was on back order. But the website did not specify that it was. Wich is the reason I ordered it on y'all's sight. The halter made it in fine. I still haven't had an update on the saddle situation. Wonder if the Sept time line the lady over the phone gave me is still good. I would still like to wait for the saddle just would like to know when I should expect it.

Confusing to order online with the whole tax exempt form. Not so much hard as it feels like it could be easier. Saved to my online account or enter in my number or something. Also...free shipping for orders over $60? Then charging “freight”? Scam. I understand on larger orders (like this one...even though it was almost $100...ridiculous.) Sullivan’s shipped our trimming chute for FREE. What is irritating is that we then purchased the fan brackets. (And then added some other small items to get to the $60 for free shipping) and it was $10 freight. Those brackets weighted less than the other items that would ship for free in our cart. Just don’t understand why thing have to be hard. Ended up purchasing other items from Amazon.

I had no trouble with using the site, except I wanted to look at my previous order but I couldn't bring it up. I ordered 2 kinds of flea meds. 1 Bravecto and 2 a liquid one. The liquid one was useless. It didn't make the fleas to go away!! So I don't want to buy that again!!

The one item didnt match the photo exactly but I still was able to use it. I would have rather had the L Shaped Bolt to adjust the headset.
