no one contacted me to say that they were suspending shipment pending approval of sales tax from me. No email, no call, nothing. I called them when I didn't get any notification on shipment as I needed the meds and they advised me that is what they were waiting for. Poor customer service, especially on heart meds that are needed. I had to call, no outreach at all. When I complained to the CSR, they gave no apology, just said that is what they do.

The Kensington Ultra lightweight 80g horse blanket seems to run small. My horse has other blankets that are the same size as this one that fit perfectly, but this brand seems a little on the small side. Because it’s short in length, it pulls in the chest area. Also, the rear strap rings that go through the back legs are too low. I would return it, but I needed the blanket for a few cold nights, and had to make do. I’m stuck with it now.

I did not not get part of my order. That has happend 3 times now. The bad part is no one ever contacts me to tell me i am not getting it.

I paid for next day delivery but did not receive vaccine till second day. I checked the temp of the vaccine and it seemed ok but I will always question it. The delivery man looked at the shipping information and told me that there Was no reason for the late delivery. Valley Vet should follow up immediately, not a month later.
