I ordered a gel saddle pad but received a hard rubber 1" pad instead. I tried it once and it was too hard. They will not take it back nor will their supplier because I used it once. I was told I could not return a $224 item and "tough luck". Not happy. Linda

Haven’t received my order. Today 7-8-21, contacted PayPal to get my order (preferred) or get a refund

Takes forever to ship and when they do, uses the cheapest option at UPS so it takes forever. I've spent hundreds of dollars at VV and order well in ahead of what I need. When a package was lost in limbo, their customer service rep was completely unhelpful. Basically said "i dunno" and nothing else. Sheesg. No wonder people go with Chewy. Wiss i knew, won't be returning.

I tried to cancel an order I made by mistake within 10 minutes of placing it. VV refused and repeated attempts to get it canceled were met with snotty , rude, customer service people who played a game of pretending before the order shipped. That was over two years ago and I will never buy from them again. I hope their choice of customer service is working for them. It definitely does not for me.

The Insecticide Dust was not secured properly for shipping, and opened up and spilled over the entire order. I sent two emails to support with photos asking for a replacement (or some sort of follow up) and have heard nothing back.

I order through Valley Vet often. This month, my most recent order, I specifically added instructions to NOT leave the package on the driveway but to bring it to the door...it contained vaccines. Unfortunately on delivery day my husband found the package on the driveway, the ice pack almost completely melted. Lazy delivery drivers are the reason for the 1 star, sorry Valley Vet.

If your product is out of stock you should tell people before you order almost a month for 2 pairs of jeans is not acceptable to me

The cartons I ordered are inferior in every way. The material is flimsy, the lids tear easily, and they do not close well. The only way to use these cartons is to secure them with rubber bands. The cartons are packaged in tightly compressed stacks which presents a terrible problem. They are so poorly constructed that the lids tear away from the body when separating from the stack. This makes them impossible to use. Weak cartons with torn lids is a bad selling feature- this will not make for happy customers.
