Order was easily placed, items were in stock and shipped quickly. Shipping was on time as advised. Packaging was secure. However, when I opened the shipping box, the item packaging was partially crushed. Items didn't appear to be damaged but there was some leaking and some of the tubes were sticky. I have been ordering this product all summer without any problem, never had any other issues until this one

Shipping was slow. The container was not cold. The only reason for 4 stars.

Fly supplement hasn't fended off the flies yet but has caused some expellation of tape worms which has been impressive. Will be pursuing the garlic and DE supplementation in the future.

I love the buckets and bucket holders. Thought the cost of shipping for them was much too high
