Didn't realize there was a $20 registration fee.

Today is the 18th of May, I received Snoopy’s medication yesterday, 2 weeks after Valley Vet sent it “priority Mail”.

The fence works great, service was great. I was going to give Valley Vet a 5 until I saw this "guideline for reviewers leave out offensive words". Please don't go down this road of political correctness and not hurting snowflake's feelings. Surely you realize your clientele is mostly rural country people. Free speech is a protected Constitutional right. People who are unhappy about products or service should be able to make some offensive comments. What is the matter with you people?

The two bottles of fly spray concentrate arrived in rough condition. The bottles leaked into the ziplock bag making a mess. Tape was wrapped around the cap, but unfortunately the tape did not extend to the neck of the bottle. Wish I could purchase this item locally so as to not have to deal with this shipping mess, but unfortunately no one locally carries this product.

I received my order on time, but I am missing some parts from the electric gate I ordered. I contacted valley vet and they told me my missing parts would be sent directly from the manufacturer. As of yet, I have not received any parts or shipping confirmation. I’m still waiting for the parts so I can install the gate. Depending on how this gets resolved, I will gladly write another review either good or bad. Thank you

The hoof paint exploded!

Everything was good. I am however sending my shoes back. Too narrow. Could not get past my toes lol. It's in the mail.

The ordering was easy and quick shipping but I was disappointed in the price because I thought it was high but I couldn't find that bit in that size any where else so I just had no choice. One week after I received it, you put it on sale for $15 less. I dont have time to return and reorder plus shipping
