I am no hater, so I give you 2 stars for timely delivery and your customer service has nice follow through, however, these did not work for me. The tubes are 90 ft away, but my problem seems worse. It has been 1.5 weeks.

The milk bars are great. Charging me shipping for something that doesn't weigh 70lbs is ridiculous. Those boxes don't weigh over 20 pounds. I spent 500 dollars I should have gotten free shipping no matter what.

Website stated if shoes were ordered by Dec. 7th that they would be delivered by Christmas. One week later a message was left on my phone that the shoes were back ordered till mid-January. Very frustrating! Still heard nothing the 2nd week of January so I emailed. Got an email back they are checking on order. Order shipped within a day after that. Did finally get them but very frustrating experience.
