Only received half my order with no explanation and took weeks for it to come. Terrible service.

I will be returning this product for a refund. It is a jumbled mess that suits an octopus.

I had an automatic refill order for Equioxx - 60 count that was out of stock/not available. I did not receive notification until I happen to check my account because my horse was running low on the tablet and did not get the usual notification that the item was going to be shipped. I was able to order the Equioxx - 180 count instead which took a hit on my wallet. Just wish I had been notified.

I ordered on Monday with overnight shipping due to being vaccines. Received a call that computers were down and they would ship the next day or so. I didn't receive my vaccines til the following week on Tuesday. I was still charged shipping even though it was over a week late.

Received the first of 3 packages. It was missing the actual product. Had to request them to send. Ordered 3 of the same product. Could have been packaged together and shipments combined. Sent in 2 boxes. No wonder shipping was close to $100. Looked on website 2 days after ordering and price was reduced $15 on three items. No reply on honoring price.

I ordered from the site on July 31 and they canceled it and they didn't return to my money yet

Really disappointed that I waited to get my pets eye ointment to find it basically turned to liquid from the heat on the way to be delivered to me and 3.5 grams is not much so, feel it was a waste and most leaked out upon applying to my pets eye and now don’t have enough left to apply to both eyes. My pet is just sad. Will update if what I was able to apply works and gets rid of her eye infection.
