All Good never have an issue

Great fast service just had a few items back ordered

The order came quick and correct.

My order was split for delivery. I found out by tracking the 2nd package. Due to our weather it was stuck 10 miles away at a UPS hub. It was there for 2+ days. Not a problem. Better that the drivers remain safe.

Good experience

Placed my order on Friday evening (I believe) expecting to receive it on Wednesday. It arrived Tuesday! I don't know what Valley Vet does differently regarding shipping than other vendors, because I have been having trouble receiving other orders via the same shipping provider on time, let alone early.

I recently ordered a grazing muzzle for my pony. I carefully read descriptions and looked at the pictures. My order was shipped timely. Not until I opened the box and took out the muzzle did I realize there are no breakaway buckles on it! I need to see what our options are since it would not be safe to turn her out unsupervised with it. The muzzle is nice quality.

Service was as expected. There was some confusion as to payment status. This was quickly resolved! Thank you.
