Valley Vet SupplyReviews of valleyvet.com

Valley Vet has always been great with orders and speed of shipping. I was surprised that this order took longer than usual and disappointed that the bottle of fly spray was cracked and spilled in the package. I had to throw it and the treats I ordered away.

One of the containers of fish flakes that I ordered was half full and all small, not like the other two

I wanted to buy 10 units of 5-way puppy vac and 2 doses of 9-way boosters, but you have been out of them for several weeks, when i could not wait any longer i bought 20 units as that is all you have had in, I got what i ordered, but you sent in addition 7 tubes of horse wormer with my order, i called and the wormer was sent back to you, just seems to me that you need to do some work on inventory and shipping.

A little slow on the shipping.

It took a long time for my prescription to get approved but once it was it shipped fast. There was no dosing on the bottle (like there would be on a typical prescription) and no way to view my prescription with notes saying to contact my vet. In which case what was the benefit of having them reach out to my vet for the prescription? (I used another company for a different prescription within the same time frame and it was much faster).

Shipping use to be free is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

The search engine could be better on your site. I needed a 20 lb bucket of MVP Magnesium 5000 and only smaller amounts came up in the search results. I had to go outside of your site and search on Google for "20 lb bucket of MVP magnesium" and click thru their results page to go back into your site to the correct page. So I think there's something wrong with your search algorithms or your tagging of items. If you upgraded your search function, you could also recommend related items for the user as well.

vets are scammers, no reason you should need there permission to buy bravecto.
