i've ordered many things from Valley Vet Supply, and this is the first experience where i've had complaint. i placed my order Feb 12 and it was not shipped for 10 days. in those 10 days i received no communication from Valley Vet explaining the delay. when i received my order (vaccination serum), it was warm, even with the presence of a (melted) ice pack. i sincerely hope the serum is still viable, but i have concerns... i will likely have to buy another bottle and just toss this one. what a waste! again, every other experience i've had with Valley Vet has been top-notch and i will certainly order goods from them again in the future, just maybe not any sort of serum.

Very disappointed that when I received a defective ReguMate dosing gun and called for a replacement I was directed to a 3rd party to call to try to fix it. I expect better from Valley Vet, especially for a $132 product when timing is critical. Still unresolved because I haven't been able to make time during busy work schedule to be out at the barn and hopefully be able to fix the gun.

I received one of the items with my order but the other item was included. When I inquired from a customer service rep via chat where the missing item was she said she would look into the issue and have someone contact me. I was never contacted but looked later at my status and noticed that the item in question was on back order. As this was supposed to be a gift and passed the expected date I cancelled the other item. The cancellation was quick and easy and the customer service rep was very helpful when cancelling. Just would have like more communication on an item that never showed up.

I ordered two kinds of artificial insemination sheaths. One kind was backordered so I received it separately at a later date. They came severely damaged. They were in a cardboard tube that had been bent or crushed and was open when I received it. The tube was constructed like a can of pillsbury biscuits and the spiral seam had popped.

While my order for fish tank antibiotic arrived promptly, I was disappointed that instead of a shelf life of a couple of years, it expires in 5 months.

I ordered a dog parka for my Jack Russell according to the sizing chart. The parka is much to big, so I am returning it. I feel that when ordering such items sight unseen, if it must be returned, the customer should not have to pay for the return mailing. But I just spent $12.00 to mail it for return. In the future, I will limit myself to only ordering items I have used before that won't require returning, so to not take a chance on having to pay out of pocket for a return.

Only received two out of three items ordered. Was charged for three.

Ordered medicine that was supposed to stay cold with overnight shipping. Did not receive it next day and all cold packs were melted and meds warm when got it 😡
