We took our dog after having accidents they charge those £100 because the dog wasn't registered to them if there are vets and care about animals it would not matter if the dog was registered to them for two hours work it was a whole over £1,000 the vet was quite a nasty person and took advantage because it was my daughter what took the dog into there he told her that's the dog most probably have to have its leg off we brought the dog away from them it's okay to a proper bet the dog is now doing fine with all four legs on so please be wand if your dog isn't registered with this company do not take it there these people give vets a bad name

The product I received was fine, the packaging was not. 1 jar was open and useless ( plus all over the others) and one jar was cracked and most of the product had leaked out. So 2 of the 5 jars were useless.

Receptionist need more training and communication with people on the phone ! I asked if my dog could get meds for his pain on his skin I had the money for that but I could not go into vets as I had covid she then told me to borrow money to bring my dog in and basically my dog was to suffer am absolutely fuming and told her she had pissed me off and hung up the phone

THE COMPANY DELETED OUR ORDER AFTER WE REQUESTED THAT THEY REFRAIN FROME "SELLING OUR INFORMATION" TO THIRD-PARTY DATA BROKERS. MADE A CLAIM THAT SAFETECH CANCELLED OUR ORDER BECAUSE OUR PURCHASE WAS SUSPICIOUS. CLAIMED TO SENT A REFUND WHICH IS NOT PENDING. WE ASKED FOR MORE DETAILS REGARDING THIS CANCELLATION THAT OMINOUSLY AROSE DUE TO REQUIRING THAT THEY "DO NOT SELL MY INFORMATION". BUT THEY HAVE IGNORED US.

Product defective, Requesting replacement. Defective product was shipped timely. I am hoping Vet Valley will fix this situation.

i bought one or two items over the years. i'm not a big fan, their prices are the same as everyone elses and shipping is high. now i get their paper junk mail every week sometimes a few times a week. i call, i email, i fill out their unsubscribe page. i don't want their catalogues. its junk, it goes inthe dumps. it makes the world a very dirty place. i have bad knees, i have an arm in a sling. i fall all the time when i have to carry their paper garbage to the recycle bin. i promise i will never purchase anything from these morons again. i never asked for their catalogues. i cant stand anything in printed ink. leave me alone.

I ordered medicine in the wrong form - I got paste instead of pills. I could not return the paste because it was a prescription. This was pretty costly. I paid extra for over night shipping but I didn't get the medicine for several days.

I didn’t receive the correct Jean. The invoice was correct but the Jean were wrong. Plus I had to spend 13$ to ship them back to you guys.
