Always good service

Order was right and on time.

Tags did not specify that the premise number would not be printed on them and it only shows up when the tag is read.

Whether to enter Save10 or Save15 is not clearly indicated in the purchase process. When I entered Save15 and completed the transaction, no discount appeared and I ended up being charged full price. Thank you for your fast response to my complaint and proving the Save10 discount.

Two out of the three caps arrived damaged, but we glued them on and it worked. We've had this happen before.... Might want to wrap those in bubble wrap or install on top of posts to prevent damage on future orders. Many thanks.

easy and fast

received in a timely manner - thank you!

Order was received in a couple of days after placed online. Very happy with the customer service I received each time I order/re-order
