My order arrived quick. The quality of the bracelets are perfect, my only complaint is the Nail bracelet there should be an instruction added on how to open it.

The day I received my bracelet, it fit snugged so I emailed customer support many times and get no reply in return! I want to exchange it for a bigger size but can’t get a response also I was charged yesterday for warranty and didn’t buy anything? I do not authorize that charge. I left several messages and waiting for someone to call me back, I emailed the manager and still waiting And I been emailing again with no response. How can anything be resolved if nobody responds

Was signed up apparently for a monthly subscription without my knowledge or agreement. When attempted to contact someone their customer service has been terrible to work with. No one with get back with me. Horribly disappointed in this company.

I ordered three bracelets and when I received them they looked cheap and something I would be embarrassed to wear. Also, one of the bracelets did not even close properly so I can never wear it. I contacted the company to return the product and they gave me a “runaround” about the expenses of international shipping. I am stuck with the product. Now I just received an email informing me that I’m getting charged $29.95 for a subscription to the company. I never ordered this. I obviously was tricked! I emailed the company telling them I never ordered this and I want to refund, and again I got another runaround saying that it was an automatic sign up but now for future, they will cancel it. This company is a total scam!

The jewlery arrived quick! I have only had it a week and really like the look. I am a little disappointed because the watch is way too big and I can't seem to figure out how to remove any links for a better fit. Also, the flower piece came unlinked. I was lucky that I realized it fell off so I didn't lose it altogether. I did get it reattached, but that was a task!
