This jewelry looks absolutely nothing like the photos advertised online. Talk about false advertising! The quality is so cheap and fake-looking that it reminds me of the plastic jewelry I used to get out of a bubble gum machine as a child. Honestly, I can barely bring myself to call it jewelry. To make matters worse, some of the bracelets either won’t clasp shut properly or appear to be broken. I have spent over $100 on this merchandise, and the quality is absolutely unacceptable for the money. I genuinely do not understand how this company has so many positive reviews because my experience has been completely disappointing. Based on what I received, I would never shop here again. Save your money and shop elsewhere! The products are nothing like the pictures, the quality is terrible, and the money I spent feels completely wasted. I would not recommend this company to anyone. TOTAL RIP-OFF!

Don't buy from this company. The quality it very poor and they will catch you off guard with a "monthly subscription" for $30. Forget trying to cancel it, because these people don't respond. I'm gonna have to dispute it with my bank and they will have to send me a new card. VERY INCONVENIENT

Bought some pieces of jewelry from this company. The jewelry is meh. Had no presentation. Just plastic bags. But the main issue is they signed me up for a subscription that I didn't agree to. Charge 29.99 for the free warranty 1 month after the jewelry purchase saying it's a subscription. They don't have enough pieces for a subscription service and I had everything I needed from my org purchase. They would not refund it. Leaving me to dispute with cc which clearly uses AI to scan and not actually read and comprehend. Jewelry is going in the garbage and cc is about to be canceled.

Horrible company do not purchase from them. The items are not as pictured and are junk I would never wear them, I actually couldn’t wear one of the bracelets even if I wanted to as it was fused shut. Tried to send it back and was given the run around and they tried to bargain me down to a 30% refund, or I had to ship the goods back to China which basically would of been the cost I paid for them again! Threw everything in the trash!

My order is stuck in customs and the company WILL NOT refund or resend. It is so frustrating and upsetting. I warn people that if your order gets lost, there is no recourse. They simply will not help me. What I don't understand is that they advertise so much but aren't willing to help an existing customer.

Its only been few times I wore, it now show discoloration, tarnishing. VM web says “If your piece Tarnish or color discoloration Never-Tarnish Promise — no questions, no expiry. “ I asked for refund or replacement but they replied “does not mean all purchase are qualified?” it’s totally NOT WHAT ADVERTISED AT ALL! VERY MISLEADING. If I can put no star i would.

I’m giving it one star because you can’t give it zero. This company is a scam. You do receive the jewelry—which is made in China and therefore of very poor quality—but the delivery times are also terrible. On top of that, their customer service is absolutely dishonest: given the quality of the bracelets I received, I wanted to return them and get a refund, as their website stated: “30-day money-back guarantee, ‘no questions asked,’ ‘your risk is zero,’ and ‘we’ll take care of the rest’…” They first offered a 10% refund, then 20%, then 30%. I refused each time, asking for a full refund. They then asked me to return the bracelets to China at my own expense. I proved to them with screenshots that their return policy didn’t mention this. It was July 2026. They immediately changed their return policy to prove to me that they were right. Except that this return policy wasn’t the one in effect at the time of my purchase. Fortunately, I had taken photos as evidence, so I had proof of their dishonesty. I stopped communicating with them and filed a dispute with my bank. With all my evidence, the dispute was ruled in my favor, and I received a full refund. These are dishonest people who should be avoided.

I recently placed an order for several items and was initially very pleased with the purchase. However, the delivery process took significantly longer than expected, and while the items arrived, they did not match the high-quality appearance depicted on the website. That said, they are still functional and present a reasonable value as accessories for my collection. Unfortunately, I was later charged for a membership without my prior consent, which has caused considerable concern. Given the upcoming holiday season, I regret to inform you that I will not be considering any future business with VM, as their handling of this matter reflects poorly on their overall business practices.
