Scammer, Horrible Experience, Don’t Buy
My experience was extremely disappointing. I never received my package because it was delivered to an address different from the one I provided. I followed every step requested, including contacting the postal service, yet I was left going back and forth without a clear resolution. What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability. I paid for an item I never received, and I feel the company should have taken more responsibility in resolving the issue instead of leaving me to handle it. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this company. I expected better customer service and a much more reasonable resolution.
