I had to wait a month to get half of my order and be told I had to claim a lost claim through ups because they marked items included on the invoice that were never packaged in my order. Also because I filed a dispute with my bank they said there is nothing they can do to help make my order right. 0 stars sham company problem being shipped from over seas to Tennessee to make it look like they are American owned. I pray if they keep scaming people and ups like this that they get shut down and Noone orders anything regardless of how dope it looks. Where's the morals and principles why scam when you have people spending close to a 1,000 per order? Greed and selfishness i hope the BBB TAKES ACTION AGAINST THEM FOR THIS FOOLISHNESS PONSY SCAM THEY ARE DOING.

Im mortified with this company! I physically spoke with their staff and they guaranteed my items were on the way after i waited a month. All to cancel my entire order and say its out of stock and offer me 15% which is offered to everyone on their website. Their customer service is terrible and it truly ruined my Xmas gift to my son. I do not recommend them at all!

Ordered a 18 in kids. The legs were so small there was no way a kid who wears an 18 could fit them. Bought them on sale and they won’t let me return or exchange them. Won’t ever purchase again. Stay away. Not to mention shipping took 3 or 4 weeks.

Bought pants from this company! The front of the pants look slightly worn and they are 8” too long! When purchased I only had the option of waist size and they didn’t have an option for length! I assumed the length would also be 32”! I asked for a refund and was told no refund? What the hell kind of customer satisfaction is that? Would never buy from them again!

Review I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Valabasas. I placed an order three weeks ago and, aside from a confirmation email, I’ve heard absolutely nothing. I’ve reached out multiple times with no response, which is completely unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal customer and have ordered from this brand on three other occasions without any issues, but this time, the lack of communication and customer service has been appalling. If this is how they treat returning customers, I’m done. You’ve officially lost me as a customer. I would not recommend ordering from Valabasas unless you’re prepared to deal with delays and radio silence. Step it up!

If I could give negative stars I would. My husband ordered on 11/29. This company was speedy in processing his payment yet has not been quick to update him on his order. It is now almost a month later and we still do not have his order or a refund. My husband disputed the transaction on his Cash App card and Cash App declined the dispute stating they reached out to the company and was informed that the vendor fulfilled the order which is a lie!!. I am going to the BBB next. Very disappointed!

I placed an order November 30 and here it is December 20 almost a month later with no update on shipping or when I receive my package……Been contacting customer service through email & by phone but no answer or response I’m filling a complaint with my bank for a refund
