Shady business. They sent me the wrong shoes and refuse to email me a return label so I can send them back. They said I can pay the shipping cost. Like what kind of business is this? So I contacted them 5 more times asking if I can get the shoe I ordered sent to me and I’ll pay to ship these back. No response. I contacted my CC company and Valabasas LIED to my cc company saying I never contacted them on this matter. Horrible customer service. I have shopped with this company for years. Never an issue with jeans or shirts but as soon as I ordered $240 pair of shoes it’s over with. I will never support this company again. Customer service DO BETTER AND TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR YOUR OWN MISTAKES! You lost a customer who has probably 30 pair of jeans from this company but for one mistake to be put on the customer is just wrong.

I bought a jacket (Blitz Denim Jacket Indigo Blue) in size XL and pants (Stim Stacked Jean Black) in size 36 on March 20, 2025. On April 1, 2025; I received an e-mail that the pants were refunded without explanation. I had to reach out via their Contact Us page, to which I was advised they were no longer available in size 36 (they are actually still available for purchase to this day in size 36). I then received my order in the mail and the jacket was sent in the wrong size (S instead of XL). When attempting to use Valabasas' return portal (on mobile), I was advised I would have to pay a $13 handling fee for an exchange, but was not given an option to actually pay. So, again, I contact the business through their Contact Us, let them know their website would not let me actually pay the handling fee, and advised them I would like to exchange the incorrectly sized item for the actual size I ordered. I was then sent an email with just a return label (no confirmation about an exchange or communication whatsoever). I dropped off the item at a USPS on April 9th, it was delivered April 17th, and I have still not received any communication or refund from this business. I am frustrated with the lack of communication with this so-called business and would like some resolution.

I purchased 6 jeans and only received 5 out of the 6. One of the 5 was the wrong size. Contacted customer service several times and they don't answer their phones. Only line of communication is via email and that's not helpful. The jeans that I didn't received was never refunded and told me to contact UPS for investigation. The customer should NOT have to contact UPS. This should be the responsibility of the merchant to deal with. They should've resend our item and work with UPS not the customer. This was the 2nd time I purchased a big order and will NO longer will be purchasing from this company. They're customer service is poor and the manager is helpless.

I placed an order and immediately contacted their customer service team just for a size change as the one selected was wrong, they couldn’t even resolve that especially knowing it’s getting shipped overseas. Tried contacting back about exchange and not a response. Customer service is horrendous. So they got my money n I got a wrong size jeans all because they couldn’t rectify a small change to keep the customer happy.

The item I ordered was too large, so I asked for an exchange. They responded that they don't accept returns or exchanges on items listed as "Clearance" or "Final Sale." My item had been discounted, but it was neither clearance or final sale. Despite multiple emails, they would not accept it. These guys CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!

The return process is horrible. If you don't have people in place to receive returns and process them in a timely manner. Don't do returns. Why should the customer have to suffer , due to the unprofessionalism. We've waited 2 weeks, after the pants were received. Still no replacements or refunds. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I don’t understand why I’m being charged to send back/ exchange my shoes from a 9 to an 8. I love their shoes but if I have to pay for a return. I won’t ever buy here again. That’s not good customer service. And to send it back is not cheap

To the people if your thinking of purchases valabasas clothing don’t they have very cheap quality as far as coats and jackets,I purchased a varsity and a coat.The varsity sleeves are peeling drastically after 4 wears and the coat color bleeds on your tops I’ve tried contacting there email to ask questions and fix this quality issues twice and they haven’t responded at all,They say customer satisfaction is the vocal point but never answer there customer back, they get a zero if it was up to me.
