This place has the worst customer service I was charged for 2 bags and they asked me to send a packing slip which I did,it’s been w weeks and still won’t reply. I highly recommend don’t purchase from them, they won’t call back or try and resolve the issue.

I purchased this product twice, but both times it arrived with noticeable stains. The quality control seems to be very poor. Even though the defect was clearly the brand’s fault, they refused to refund the original $15 shipping fee. Their explanation was that they covered the return shipping cost — but that doesn’t make sense, since the return was due to their own inspection mistake. In total, I lost $30 for nothing. Please be aware that even defective or wrong items will still cost you shipping fees.

The shipping is fast but the customer service is terrible. You better hope that whatever you order fit because if you have to return or exchange it seems like you’ll never get it done. It’s almost like they don’t want to give you your money back. If you do order use PayPal so if you do have a issue you can fold a clam and get your money back

I would never order from this company again. I ordered two pair of pants for my grandson and he did not like the style so I tried to cancel the order or do an exchange and can’t contact anyone. Very horrible, don’t order from them. I ordered a pair of pants by accident and immediately requested a refund and they refused to send my money back. Horrible company and customer service

I recently got scammed out of my money they sent me a used item no tags attached just in a box with reciept. When i emailed they told me it was a shirt that i ordered last year. Totally ripped me off. Faulty business did not send correct product.
