No way to contact
I ordered a light six weeks ago. I have tried all attempts (email, chat) to reach them and no response. The phone number appears to be out of country and I fear I have lost all my money. I only purchased because I thought they were in the USA. Boy, was I wrong.

SCAM???!!
I ordered a light on April 3rd but I haven't received any yet! Can't tracking shipment, I tried to chat with them but never answered! I WANT TO GET A REFUND!!!!!

Shady, shady
This company has terrible customer service, and sub par products. Their return and exchange policy is purposefully vague. I received a lamp (over a month and a half after it was purchases and charged), which is a replica of a JWDA Table lamp. When I received the glass lamp, it did not screw into the base, and the front 'dimmer' was merely ornamental vs functional like the original lamp. I reached out to customer service to process a return and its been arduous. Customer service is argumentative and is extremely unprofessional. They provide shifting stories about whether or not they will accept the item back, how much they paid for shipping (i.e. one day its $40, the next day its $125 -- the lamp was $165 total), the amount they'll refund me for an item that is no longer on their site etc etc. They finally provided me a shipping address - completely in mandarin for their faulty item. What am I supposed to do with that? I filed a case with Paypal and with my bank to dispute the charge, but have spent way too many hours on this. Many of these reviews are obviously fake - written by the vendor. I would caution you from buying anything from this organization. They are sketchy and if there is something wrong - you will not get the original money you paid back.

JWDA Table lamp does not support dimming, you ask us to provide a version, we do not support dimming by default. You ask for a full refund and are not willing to return it. In the event that you did not return any lights, we refunded you half of the money, according to your request. We solved this problem through negotiation We don't understand why you still leave negative feedback.

BEST PURCHASE EVER
Kudos to the support team for great communication regarding order delivery. When I received the lamp, it was professionally packaged in styrofoam to protect the glass balls and the dome shade. The lamp was easy to assemble and ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS upon completion. BEST PURCHASE EVER. LOVE THIS COMPANY.

This site is fraudulent
This site is fraudulent! Everything that came was cheaply made! They stole photos from credible sites and used them to sell their cheap products! We bought table side lamps and one of them stopped working after a week. The pendant lights we got we’re the flower pot and the ropes already frayed!! The vertigo pendant light ribbons were all off and tangled! Do not buy from them. It’s made in China all instructions are Foreign. Beware!!

My lamp was unfortunately damaged in shipping, but the customer service was great. They quickly offered to replace the broken piece. After I told them I wanted to return, they quickly refunded me!
