These lights took about 8 weeks or maybe more to arrive. They were packaged well and in good condition. I should have read the materials better as it is not real wood inside the light is plastic, not glass, and the lights are very bright. I still kept them and they look nice. I wish the faux wood was not so dark so it would be more noticeable. They are lightweight and easy to install.

Dear Sharon, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your beautifully detailed and constructive 4-star review of your Arcwood Ceiling Lights! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that the fixtures arrived in perfect condition, provide excellent brightness, and were lightweight and easy for you to install. Hearing that they look nice in your home truly makes our day! We also sincerely appreciate your honest observations regarding the 8-week transit timeline and the aesthetic depth of the faux wood finish. Because we ship directly from our primary manufacturing hub to maintain structural integrity, shipping timelines can occasionally run longer during customs and ocean transit. Your feedback regarding the wood grain contrast is incredibly valuable to us. Our customer care team has already reached out to your email directly to see if you might be open to sharing a quick picture of the wood tone in your space so we can pass it straight to our factory team for future production enhancements. We've also included a small gesture of our appreciation in our message to thank you for your support! Thank you again for choosing Vakkerlight, and we look forward to connecting with you via email! Best regards, Aletta Vakkerlight Customer Service Team
