I appreciated the communication from Vakkerlight. They volunteered additional photos of the item I ordered and pointed out slight differences between what was shown on the website and what I would receive, gave me the opportunity to cancel the order. If only the other item I ordered hadn't taken so long to arrive I would have given 5 stars.

I bought a beautiful Nordic wooden…
I bought a beautiful Nordic wooden ceiling fan from Vakkerlight. I am very happy with the fan and light. I did have an issue with the color temperature of the light. When I called Vakkerlight they were extremely helpful in explaining how to change the LED color from the wall remote. They were easy to reach and promptly responded with the information I needed.

The quality of the light fixture is…
The quality of the light fixture is very good and the alabaster gives a very soft glow. It would be easy to find other ones within their large selection of light fixtures whenever we would need them.

Excellent customer service
So far I have had an excellent experience with the company. We haven’t received our light fixture yet, but the service has been incredible. Every person on the detail was incredibly thorough and so quick to respond. I had several questions and customizations in the decision making process and the team guided me. They are professional, helpful and not pushy at all. It was a great experience!!

Replacement Cable
First, we bought two Alabaster Pendant Lights and they are exceptional in design and in build quality. Some time after installing them, the cable on one light got damaged and we needed to replace it. Since the light hang side-by-side, the replacement cable had to be an exact match. Customer service was very helpful and the company went out of its way to get that cable to me. Kudos to their whole team!
