Your website indicates in stock ready to ship . After paying for this fixtures I had to wait about six weeks since they were shipped from China. You website indicates you are an American company with American products, so deceptive.

While we have offices and warehouses in the United States, we also have manufacturing and fulfillment facilities in Asia. Some products ship from our U.S. warehouse, while others are shipped from Asia depending on local inventory availability. Unfortunately, the item you ordered was not available in our U.S. warehouse at the time, so we arranged shipment from Asia. Wow, just gorgeous!
Wow! My chandelier is gorgeous. I had the opportunity to contact customer service via email a few times with questions and replies were always quick and very helpful. Having to wait for several weeks was worth the wait. I would like to say it is installed but have to wait a few weeks before that can be done. The packaging for overseas shipping was very substantial. You will need screw drivers and possibly a hammer to get into the wooden, hinged box :-)

Very awkward to install
Very awkward to install. No rubber gaskets were included to soften the pressure on the glass. Two were shown in the video. Very poor design that one has to dismantle the light to change the LED . The light mechanism is not sold locally. I wonder how difficult it will be to find. Light sits a bit askew. Hard to get the two pieces balanced when it is so fragile. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Flashlight arrived quick
got my Wurkkos HD20 from Vakkerlight and it arrived in about nine days, bright as described and the battery still holds a charge

A positive experience overall
Overall, I had a positive experience with Vakkerlight. There was quite a bit of back and forth with my order, including some additional time needed for customization, but their customer service was genuinely wonderful throughout. Communication was responsive and reassuring, and even when the process took longer than expected, I never felt stressed about my order. The lamps themselves are beautiful and I’m happy with them overall. My only hesitation is that, at this price point, I expected some of the finishing details and components to feel a little more considered and premium. It wasn’t a major issue or something that detracted significantly from the lamps themselves. Overall, a very good experience, with excellent customer service and just a little room for improvement in the final product details.

Beautiful lamp
I like the product, I didn’t realize it was made in China for price I paid for it. It took quite awhile to ship to the U.S. and the instructions were a bit weird, but the lamp is really beautiful quality, so worth the wait.

GREAT customer service!!
I don't have my lamp yet but my experience with customer service has been outstanding. They noticed that i mistakenly chose the wrong kind of plug. They let me know by email immediately. I responded and was assured that they had made the correction. In an environment where customers often feel angry and frustrated , this is a different kind of customer service!! Thank you very much!
