We purchased at $220 fixture which…
We purchased at $220 fixture which arrived defective. After installing my electrician made 2 additional trips (at $120 per hour) in an attempt to repair it. THE COMPANY REFUSES TO GIVE US A REFUND FOR THE DEFECTIVE FIXTURE. Buyer beware! This is not a reputable company.

Very Unique Lamps
Very unique lamps. I ordered a lamp a couple/few years ago that I fell in love with. At the time, and to me, there did seem to be a couple unexpected flaws and they worked with me to solve the issue. Recently I order the balance lamp in black and white but it has been discontinued. Though disappointing, they did reach out to me and were gracious & professional, including offering me a discount on a future purchase. Great customer service, as well as great lamps as a piece of art!

The lamp cool; the assembly directions are crap
The lamp is as cool-looking as advertised. The instructions are garbage. I had to look at at least 5 how-to videos for different verse arc lamps, and it took us hours to figure out how to get rid of slack in the cord and how to fit on the bowl shade, Include helpful instructions for assembly, so it's not a frustrating experience.

The lamp has parts from three different models. Nothing matches . It’s a scam!!! I would never recommend this product . Made in someone’s basement in china .
