Honestly have no complaints with the site, the connection is pretty good, and from a month of using the site I’ve only gotten disconnected once, but it immediately fixed itself after I refreshed.

Vagon.io delivers exactly what it promises: a powerful computer in your browser. The UI is clean, the performance tiers are well-balanced, and the customer support team is responsive. It's a great tool for anyone limited by their physical hardware who needs to run resource-heavy software on the go.

these are scammers that you are dealing with, they ask you to top up for their usage and mind you this is prepaid and then they also charge monthly subscription. these are scammers with a US front company

Hello, We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and we would like to clarify how our billing works to ensure there is no misunderstanding. As outlined on our website and throughout the purchase flow, Vagon operates on a two-part transparent pricing model designed for flexibility and best overall user experience: - Monthly Subscription ($7.99): This covers your dedicated storage and keeps your active cloud computer ready for use. - Usage Credits: To give you control without long-term commitments, you can add credits based on the specific performance level you need. These are charged hourly, allowing you to pay only for the time you actually spend using the computer. Our goal is to provide a flexible "pay-as-you-go" experience while maintaining your private storage. If you reach out to us at [email protected], we would be more than happy to review your account and billing history with you directly to resolve any concerns. Best, Vagon Team

I requested a refund because I accidentally top up twice as the website is confusing. When you subscribe, they asked for top up despite I still having 10USD in the account. So no matter how much you left, they will still ask for top up of minimum 10USD + 8usd subscription. Now I try to contact them for refund but.....no response. I tried to contact the customer service for refund but got no response despite multiple attempts to contact them and follow up. Sent number of mails but still no response. Create ticket and no response.

Wish I could give less than one star. Terrible experience, and lazy or borderline non-existant customer service that was a day getting back to me. If you have standards then avoid this organisation.
