I’ve been using Vagaro for 2 years now, I can’t even begin to explain the level of support from the team, they’ve spent hours with me helping explain things and help design and set things up for me. The most seamless professional booking system I’ve ever used and the most supportive team. Tom and Jason have been a god send. Couldn’t recommend Vagaro more!

This booking site is good for new business owners. The add-ons are good to have if you need them. I know that Vagaro is used mostly by Salon businesses but when I was looking for a booking site for my pet grooming business they claimed to be good for that also but after having the site for about 3 months, it's not what I thought for that type of business. I wish they would provide more specialized features for that type of business. I would like to see an option for adding in mixed breeds of dogs. It only provides pure breeds to choose from and you can't type in your own. If Vagaro can make a pet grooming-specific booking program, that would be awesome!

I started the trial subscription and when I contracted the company to cancel (chats and emails) their wasn't anyone available (weekend) to speak to me even though they stated their availability. I tried cancelling within my account but this isn't a available option and so they charged me and are denying me a refund!!! BEWARE!! Not customer friendly at all and I will definitely not EVER deal with this company ever again, so unprofessional !!!
