Dear Ms Silva, Thank You for taking out time to leave a review, we welcome all feedback as hearing from our customers is the best way we can improve our business. As manager of customer delight I'm deeply upset to hear of the disappointing experience you’ve had with us. Post our due diligence it seems that there is a miss in hearing the details that we share over the phone and also mention on the confirmation email. However, to keep it fair; we wish to offer you an exclusive discount coupon of USD 30 for any air travel that you will plan through us in future. Coupon Code : VT30 Please feel free to connect with me, Alec at 1-844-448-0579 Toll Free (Direct Line), as I would like to further understand any other concerns you might have... Warm Regards, Alec Baldwin Manager Customer Support

As manager of customer delight I'm deeply upset to hear of the poor experience you’ve had with us. Post our due diligence it seems the booked flight had cancellation charges which were deducted / charged upon completion of request.
