WAY T0 HIGH PRICES.

I waited since 1:27 today for my purchased ticket amt. $over 600 to Arizona. All I got was a confirmation e-mail telling me my tickets would arrive by e-mail shortly. It is 7:23 p.m....still no e-mail tickets.

Absolutely the worst booking experience ever. Used a credit from American Airlines ticket that I booked on Orbitz. Called Orbitz they transferred me to another company to use my ticket. I could not quite understand the call taker and he could not understand me. Too for ever to book. I will never use Orbitz again. I will quit being cheap and book direct with Delta.

Obviously many agencies are under this name, I was switched to several, then lastly Golden Wings Internationall to book an all inclusive to Aruba, I spent over 8 hours on the phone. Mostly waiting " let me look for what you want" . Then right before my trip I confirmed my airlines and hotel reservations. The hotel reservations were never made, but because they saw I paid for hotel nights in advance , they made reservations at the hotel for us. The hotel accommodations were not what I specifically asked for and as s senior I had yo sleep in a fold up bed that broken causing back pain. And now, after finding time to compare prices for same trip details , I find same for over 3,000.00 less. I would not use again.

After i buy my ticket i see it way more cheaper the agent that assist me said its the last ticket and the plane was empty
