I would like to expense my deepest appreciation and recingition for the outstanding service Alec provides. We attempted to go through several travel agencies to be able to meeting the needs of our 11 member team that will be going on an international flight. Every other travel agency was unsuccessful at meeting our needs which led to a very discouraging and hopeless situation. Once Alec entered into the sinario, he was prompt, efficent and met every single need and criteria we needed for this trip. He took care of every detail and then some giving us the best price available verses all other travel agencies. As a result of this, he earned my highest appreciation of service. I highly recommend him and I do not doubt you will receive the save levers of service I did. Great job Alec!
