Rebooking took days. The ticket is way too expensive. The agent did not look for cheaper options. Keep on giving us the expensive option. But I have to give 5 stars to the agent for his effort. He really did give his best effort to rebook us. He also calls us to update but unfortunately, the airline was really giving him a hard time rebooking the flight we want. Lesson learned: Always avail of travel insurance.

This was my 1st time using VaccationTravel. I was a bit annoyed that the cost listed on the website was a 'starting cost' but that was not readily apparent. I was allowed to book the flight - credit card and all - as if my flight would be confirmed as listed. I did receive a call the following day to let me know that the actual cost of the flight was a few hundred dollars more and the caller wanted to verify if that would be ok while reiterating the cost of the flight through the carrier. Kind of a bait & switch IMO. The caller was pleasant, however, despite my frustration (I made sure not to take it out her). I booked the flight and received confirmation a little more than 24 hours later. The itinerary was forwarded (from VaccationTravel?) with Delta misspelled at Detla and the cost of the flight in rubles. I again thought I was being scammed and checked for foreign transaction fees on my credit card since they required a reply to an email stating that I agree to the charges. I entered the confirmation number in the Delta app and was able to choose seats, etc., so that made me feel better. I would share this site with others along with my full experience and allow them to make the best decision for themselves.

I did not like that the price on line was different than what was quoted to me. I refreshed my page several times and it still came up with cheaper prices than given.

The service was good once you get someone but the wait and the call back were not so good because I'm still waiting on my call back but I was able to get my trip booked without it.

The travel advisor did not fully complete my reservation and all seat assignments were not shared with the airline.

At first I was sent a booking confirmation with the incorrect travel dates. It was corrected and I was told I would receive a confirmation for my Itinerary within 24-48 hours. I waited almost 72 hours and I had to call back for my confirmation. He said it must of been a computer glitch, Just a inconvenience to have to call back but it was taken care of this time.

very difficult to understand your agent. needs to speak btter English!
