Shawn P. was so nice and got right on it for me in booking my flight to Denver, Colorado... He was patient with me and explained every step very kindly and pleasant. Thank You S.P. and I wish the best for you in all you do. You are an excellent asset to the company you work for.

At first I was sent a booking confirmation with the incorrect travel dates. It was corrected and I was told I would receive a confirmation for my Itinerary within 24-48 hours. I waited almost 72 hours and I had to call back for my confirmation. He said it must of been a computer glitch, Just a inconvenience to have to call back but it was taken care of this time.

This was our first time booking with Vacation Travel and We must say that it was a great experience. The agent that dealt with us was very professional, well mannered, used perfect tone and clarity, patience in abundance, all in all his costumer service was impeccable. In our opinion this agent deserves a raise for going above and beyond to taylor his costumers needs. This agent goes by the name of Kevin👏🏽 and because of his impeccable costumer service we will surely use Vacation Travel in the future also recommending it to family and friends.
