I was not Told about the $300+ tax and fees - I could not get a confirmation code and therefore could not Check In ...

Very helpful

Josh Williams was great !he did everything he could to get me the best fare.

Very helpful but when I checked a few hours later found my flight cheaper. Same airlines and flight. When I called back gave me a b.s. storey and wouldn't change price for me. They charged me 292.00 us.funds and I found it for 243.00 ca funds big difference .

The service rep that sold me my tickets after I missed a flight from Manila to Boston said she could get us a partial credit on my wife's ticket for an additional 300. dollars they would give her a ticket to fly anywhere in the states. The rep never followed up on this and I never received an itemized billing or a total. She told me she would call me back with the information, but never did. I ended up getting charged over 620 dollars in fees and taxes on a $2,366.00 ticket. They never told me about the fees and lied about a credit. I think these people are very clever and self serving.

For your time, patience and for found the better alternative for us. Thanks!!!

I had looked on the internet for price comparison for our trip and the prices where unreal and I seen this one with a phone number and called. Boy was I glad I saved 400.00 on my trip.best thing ever

Very good experience and Grace the lady I worked with was very good and helpful.
