Jeff was absolutely amazing with assisting me to get our vacation booked. All of the other agents that I spoke with were kind and professional. Outstanding customer service. Looking forward to my vacation.

Hi Nick, Thank you for your review. We appreciate all reviews, both good and bad. I have to admit I am very confused by your review. I find no record of you as a customer with VacationWiser over the last two years. You are not in our customer database and I show no payments received. We had a travel advisor named Rich but he has not worked here since Marh 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. I would be happy to respond to your issues. Please provide additional information so we can research your trip -- where did you go, when did you travel? Is it possible you have us confused with somebody else? Sincerely, Jeffrey Austin -- General Manager

Jeff has been super helpful. He worked with me on my credit approval and always answered all my questions in a timely manner. He gave me choices of flights letting me know up front which would cost more or less for seats baggage etc he didn’t try and scam more money in places I may have never noticed. Very helpful

I have used this company for the last few years for activities and excursions for our vacations. Rich and Jeff are the BEST! I always email them what I want and they send me the options they have. Smooth transaction every time!
