They need to improve on there pricing
Response from Vacation WiserFeb 19, 2020
Thank you for your review. We appreciate all types of reviews, both good and bad, so we can improve our service and offerings. We recognize our pricing has to be higher than the marketplace because we permit customers to spread payments over 12 months. We are always looking at ways to keep prices down -- better purchasing arrangements with our vendors, better vetting of customers to avoid defaults, more attractive financing terms with our bank, etc. Our focus is on delivering a fun and affordable vacation to our customers.

MERRI B.
My first trip using vacation wiser. My expectations were high but I was let down by the representative and I always ended speaking to a manager. I plan on using the service again for another trip. Hopefully I won’t have the same representative.
