⭐ Exceptional support with our Holland America booking. We recently had a complex situation involving a non‑refundable Holland America cruise deposit, and Vacations To Go handled it with outstanding professionalism. The travel consultant we work with, Zabdy Constant, went above and beyond to assist us, and Holland America ultimately approved a one‑time courtesy change to a longer itinerary — something we know is rarely granted. Throughout the process, Zabdy communicated clearly, followed up promptly, and genuinely advocated on our behalf. We’re very grateful for his assistance and highly recommend Vacations To Go for their exceptional customer service.

Found out about Vacationstogo.com from a guest who was staying at a Hilton Hotel that I work at. Guest told me he used VTG on several occasions receiving very good prices and service. When it came time for me to book a cruise to the Greek Islands, I saw one with an unfamiliar line at a very reasonable rate for a solo traveler. Called VTG and spoke to Mohammed in Houston and he said he had never cruised with them but had heard from others that it is a reputable line and the price quoted today will increase shortly. I told him I am going solo so he suggested the inside cabin if I wanted to save money. Mohammed was able to reserve the inside cabin that was best available at the time and I only needed to give him a fully refundable deposit of $100. He followed up a few weeks later about the cruise and I paid the rest at that time. I never felt any pressure from Mohammed to upgrade to a balcony or window cabin and the one he originally selected worked well for me. Also, the cost of the cruise did increase by 50% shortly after I reserved my cabin. I went into the actual cruise website, then back into the VTG website and prices did increase significantly.

our agent Mrs.Odelia Phillips is wonderful , She did provide all the help we needed right after we contacted her , we are very lucky to have Her as our agent,

Our experience with Vactions to Go was great. Cruise consultant Maria Rodrigues was wonderful.

I can’t say enough about the great service we received from Theresa Little at Vacations to go. We had to cancel 2 cruises ( for 9 people) because of sudden health issues. We did not have insurance. She was able to negotiate with the cruise company to get a credit for a future cruise. Additionally, she contacted us twice to let us know there were significant price reductions. Great company, excellent agent

I’ve been dealing with VTG for 25 years and always was served professionally and courteously. Everything that was promised was received including cruise, cabins, transports and amenities. I highly recommend them to everybody.

My wife and I have used Vacations to go for the last decade. Never had a problem getting the cruise or tour we wanted. The cost they quoted was competitive. Sometimes we use their airline booking to get to the cruise departure point but I always check myself on Google flights to compare prices. About half the time, I can get a better price directly with the airline. VTG does have pick up and drop off at the airports from the cruise departure port. Sometimes we find it is better to arrange our own transportation. If we are arriving a day or two early, we try to book a hotel directly at or near teh rendezvous point for the cruise or the tour.

Good (and not deceptive) prices (not like eg cruise.com). Nice and efficient phone relationship.
