I had a great experience with Jafeth Ramirez Erazo at VacationsToGo. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very quick to respond. I found a cruise I wanted, and he immediately helped with the booking while clearly explaining everything I needed to know. The booking could not be completed because my European credit card was automatically declined – in Europe, stricter security rules require payment through a secure link. This issue was entirely unrelated to VacationsToGo. Even though the payment didn’t go through, Jafeth’s service was outstanding, and I would highly recommend him and VacationsToGo.

I have been using this company for many years mostly with cruise bookings. I have never had an issue with them and their helpful consultants especially the last one Clark Kent who was extremely courteous and professional. it is always my go to website for any cruise travel.

I have booked 2 cruises through VTG and overall they a good when you consider that they are up to £500pp cheaper than any cruise agency in the UK. Things to note, if the price you get when calling up isn't what they show on the website, call back again and speak to someone else, I did this 3 times on my first cruise I booked with them. Check your paperwork, I have had mistakes both times on the paperwork I received after booking my cabin but on both occasions was sorted once I informed them.

It was really hard to contact them as I do not live in the USA; however I found the person I did talk to was good. Have not gone on my vacation so will hope that everything is correct, however I felt I had good service. The person who helped me gave good service and I felt he tried to get a good deal. Was hoping for a better one, however I felt he did his best.
