Vacation Rental ProsReviews of vacationrentalpros.com

It was a great location. 7 siblings joined us and we enjoyed the week. Considering another similar type vacation - same time and general area.

Well maintained and furnished condo. Nothing was over looked down to paper clips. Appliances were top of the line and like new. Beds and bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Rental agent was polite, helpful and pleasant.

We have rented from Vacation Rental Pros many times. We have never been disappointed with any of our rentals. Each of them have been exactly as represented! We travel with our beagle. There has never been a time that any of the properties have had "doggie odor". Always clean! Since I like to cook and pretty much cook every meal, I'm always amazed that each kitchen has had decent cookware and utensils. Once we had an issue with WIFI, it was repaired immediately. Another time at another property, the AC went out. Again, it was taken care of ASAP. No excuses. We will be staying again January, February and part of March in VRP property. If Vacation Rental Pros didn't deliver exactly what they promised, I wouldn't be a multi repeating customer!

Great vacation! Taken care of

We love to travel. We love the ocean. We love clean and well maintained condos. We love a company that takes care of all our needs. That is what you get from Vacation Rental Pro's. The staff is great in assisting you in finding the perfect location to meet your requirement. If there's a problem, it's taken care of almost before Jimmy John's can deliver a sandwich!! We have had the best experiences working with Vacation Rental Pros. We are looking forward to our next adventure this fall.

Awesome customer service when we reserved the house ( the lady was very helpful) and once we arrived. Had an issue with the hot water however it was rectified the same day we notified the rental company. Thoroughly enjoyed our time on the Palm Coast for Christmas.

Was very impressed with the place we stayed very clean and had a wonderful time. Everyone was very friendly . The minute we got there I called and rebook Looking forward to being there again this year

Our stay at the vacation of our choice last year - in fact the last 5 years - has been totally great
