Stayed at the same location twice, we absolutely loved the price and accommodations

Appreciated having local office close to accommodation. Very good staff. Excellent stay at Sun Caper condos again. (Our third stay there) We are from the UK and Would not hesitate to book there again.

Nice and roomy. Kitchen has been updated since these pictures were taken. Master bath could use a little freshening up as well as pa to o furniture and sliding door to patio. But all in all we enjoyed our stay very.much

VRP has been very responsive when we've rented from them. Their property descriptions have been accurate, with few surprises.

We recently spent our spring break at a small beach house in Ponte Vedra that we booked through Vacation Rental Pros. The house was comfortable and clean; the view and location were incredible. We were amazed at how close to the ocean we were. The beach was perfect and we enjoyed a wonderful relaxing week. I love booking with Vacation Rental Pros because the communication is generally very timely and professional. I enjoy using the cell phone app to access information about my rental. I was slightly annoyed on this trip because they charged my credit card with a small additional fee after our stay was complete without notifying me about it. When I questioned them, they gave me a reasonable explanation for the charge, but I thought I should have been informed before they charged my card. On the other hand, they are generally very professional and courteous. They send reminders to my cell phone about check in and check out information and have even contacted me to return items that were accidentally left in a rental. I have been booking with them for 7 years now and have been satisfied with every rental. I do think that some of their additional fees may be excessive, but (for me) it is worth a little extra to be confident that the rental will be nice, in a good location and clean.

This lovely, well appointed condo has a magnificent view and soothing sounds of the ocean. Vacation Pros service department sent an efficient, personable gentleman to replace the screen, fix a stuck window door lock and a few other minor issues. We ended up using the self cleaning oven since it was overlooked by the housekeeping. It took a few hours at night for a response from Vacation Pros when the front door lock failed while we were out for dinner. We were surprised there was no information, including on the website, for an emergency number. The only live person we connected with was in sales and he also had no access to an emergency number but put a notation in our record. Finally we reached the answering service but had already called a locksmith. This was an unfortunate gap in customer service. A new lock was installed by an competent, friendly woman from Pop-A-Lock. We were fortunate to rent for two weeks so we could really enjoy this space. We left it better than we found it!

Over the years, we have stayed in a variety of units managed by Vacation Rental Pros, all in the same complex. Some of the units are nicer than others, but you can usually tell the quality and up-to-date-ness from the pictures online. The website does a good job of providing information about the various units. I do feel that this company charges a lot of extra fees, but in general, they have been responsive to issues or concerns that have come up. My biggest complaint over the years is that the units are not as clean as they could be, but there seems to be improvement in this direction the past few years.
