Let me first start by saying how great it is to call this place and have the employees actually remember you! That tells me how much they are invested in their customers. So, in September of last year (2015) my husband and I had a beach wedding in St. Augustine. We live in St. Pete Beach, so for us, this wasn't a big deal. However, both of our families live in Ohio. We set out on the daunting task of finding a beach home where everyone would be able to stay comfortably, and also live up to the high standards we set. Vacation Rental Pro's had the BEST selection of up-scale beach homes, and they were thoroughly happy to help us find the perfect place for everyone to stay for the week. When we found our "dream home", we spoke with Jessica and got everything all set up! Fast forward to four days before the wedding, and we received an email stating our home was no longer available :( The owners were selling; there was nothing we could do. We knew it wasn't VRP's fault, and they offered us 2 other good options to consider. After looking at the options listed in the email, I stumbled across a GORGEOUS 9 bedroom home in Cinnamon Beach. I asked the representative in the email if it would be possible to move to that home, since it happened to be available the week of our wedding. We offered to pay more, if need be, but they moved our contract over without a fuss! It was incredible! The home we stayed in was 3 story's, had an elevator, cinema room, 2 wet bars, a large kitchen, 3 laundry rooms, a pool and all of the amenities we could have dreamed of! The pictures simply did not do this home justice. It was absolutely gorgeous. We had a few minor issues (someone got stuck on the elevator, the carafe on one of the coffee makers was broken) but nothing could have gotten us down! The home was a dream, and so was working with VRP! They were sincerely apologetic about the first home not being available, and they did their absolute best to make sure we were happy. Not only would I recommend them for anyone's rental needs, we're going to rent the Atlantis again this year!

October, 2016 will be our 6th annual rental from VPR. The properties were very nice, stayed at several different homes, but I now have a favorite house to rent. Their property manager is excellent. Looking forward to our autumn sojourn south to Florida.

I have rented form Vacation rental pros for three years and am very pleased. There are many condos to choose from to rent and I have stayed at Hibiscus every time and loved it so much.

The Condo,(Unit 921), was better than advertised. Weather was fantastic. Steve Milo and his group are always available if needed and friendly. This is our tenth time to stay at Cinnamon Beach and this was the best ever. Coming back next year.

From the booking process all the way to check out time, we have never had any problems using this company. We had an absolutely wonderful time in Florida. The Condo we rented through Vacation Rental Pros was just perfect. It was in a gorgeous location in Cinnamon Beach Florida. The views were just breathtaking and the condo was so nice. We basically moved in for two weeks and it really felt like home. We feel lucky to have found it and we will definitely be returning. I would recommend it for sure!

This is the second time I've rented with Vacation Rental Pros. Everytime the staff has been extremely nice and very helpful. The condo was clean and just as it was described. We will be renting with them again in the fall. They make it very easy and allow you to make payments on your stay. :) I would highly recommend them.
