Vacation Rental ProsReviews of vacationrentalpros.com

The stay was great. We injoyed our selves very much. Great veiw of the beach. The only down fall was the mattress on the bed.

We had 2 minor problems but a phone call to the office cleared everything up. Very prompt and friendly service .

Vacation Rental Pros will be new for us this year. We have used Waterfront Vacation Rentals in the past and have been very happy with their service. I'm expecting VRP to be equally accomodating.

I understand your recent acquistion of Jackson Mountain Homes, but when I call the number listed on their website, I expect to talk to someone at JMH. Not someone in Hilton Head, Florida, or wherever. I will be watching closely on our annual Thanksgiving family vacation, I hope nothing else has changed or you could lose a loyal JMH customer. Thanks.

This year will be the first year of dealing with Vacation rentals pros as they have just bought out Waterfront. We have in the past been very pleased with the condo we have rented for the past several years as well as the staff we have dealt with at Waterfront. Hope the new people we are dealing with are good as well . Howard Johnston

We got efficient effective service, friendly and responsive, met our expectations and beyond

We stayed in a condo in Lovers Key Florida. Check in was easy with the Vacation Rental Pros local office. The condo was as presented on website and we will definitely stay there next year. Overall very pleased with pricing , service and accommodations.

The house that we rented was great, described well and very clean. When I recently contacted VRP to try to get some information about a house just down the street from our previous rental the agent seemed reluctant to try to contact the owners for the information I requested. That is the only reason for the 4 star rating. Otherwise it would have been a 5. Hopefully we can get this issue resolved soon.
