The property itself has a good location. It was not that far from the beach and steps away from the pool. We enjoyed the family atmosphere and the privacy. Our property was unfortunately in need of some updates and some repairs. We would like to return ne t summer but not stay at this property. We loved being in walking distance to the marina and the lighthouse. It was a beautiful island.

The payment process is very unpredictable and doesn't work as it is supposed too.

The first trip was a great experience. We started to plan early for our second trip. The online information (prices) were incorrect but we didn't find out until after we filled out the application agreement form. Very sad. Someone should double check thier Website before the public sees it.

I received a e-mail for final payment due. The e-mail had the incorrect name of the rental property, in a different city. Several e-mails and phone calls to get the name corrected to match my contract. I rented a 3 bedroom but somehow the e-mail changed it to a 5 bedroom with a pool. Then my final payment wouldn't go through, and it took many, many e-mails and phone calls to finally give a new credit card number to pay the balance. Then after I received a e-mail that said I had paid the balance in full, a week later there was another charge to my credit card which was unauthorized. When I called, they said it was a city tax. I'm not sure why they didn't add this in originally. It was only $4.97, but it should have been added to the final payment, not a week later without my knowledge.

We have rented four different properties since Fall 2014. Although we love the area, we have had issues with each rental from tv's not working, 2nd rental stove did not work, 3rd, holes in master sheets and no dish towels. The condo we rented in December was in need of several light bulbs and vacuuming, which we took care of ourselves. The properties are nice, just need some TLC and a system in place to inspect properties on a regular basis to correct the issues in advance. No one wants to spend their vacations calling maintenance and awaiting their arrival.

We purchased a beach home as an investment and a future retirement home. There have been some major miscommunications about fees and procedures. Hopefully they will be worked out as it is a good idea to bring in needed income from the rental. The basic concept is a good one.
